Our office schedules patients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday is an administrative day and patients are typically not scheduled on Wednesday. Patients are seen from 8:15 AM until noon and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The first appointment is scheduled at 8:15 PM and the last appointment is scheduled at 4:15 PM. We block out and schedule specific procedures and specific times.
For school age patients, the after school appointments are our most popular times and usually are reserved first. After school appointments will not be available for every appointment. Please be flexible when scheduling appointments, e.g. selecting teacher in-service days, days off, vacations or a class that may be missed once a semester. If this is a problem, then other arrangements may need to be made.
You are responsible for scheduling appointments. Most patients schedule their next appointment upon leaving the office. We do not confirm treatment appointments. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you need to know the time of your next appointment. Once braces are placed, appointments are usually 6-8 weeks apart. Appointment are approximately 45-60 minutes.
We would appreciate your promptness for the scheduled appointments. Our schedule does not allow for a patient to be much later than 10 minutes. If late, we may need to reschedule the appointment. Also, please remember broken appliances prolong treatment appointments and total treatment time which result in additional fees.
If unable to keep an appointment please call our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a failed appointment charge to your account. Your next scheduled appointment may be 1 to 4 weeks from the originally scheduled appointment depending on the time allotted and availability of appointments.
